Your library has five views of the same captures. Switching view never moves or changes anything in it.
- Canvas: an infinite board you pan and zoom, where you arrange captures by hand. Desktop only, on screens 768px wide and up.
- Grid: every item gets an identical square, so a folder reads as an even wall you can scan.
- Icon: a compact grid where each tile is sized to its own capture.
- Moodboard: masonry columns, with folders in a row above the loose captures.
- Column: one compact list per folder level, side by side, scrolling horizontally as you go deeper. On a phone it shows only the deepest list.
On a touch screen, tap a capture to open it and long-press to start selecting. The selection menu then sits in the toolbar, within reach of your thumb.
Day grouping is a setting rather than a view of its own. Set Group By to created or modified time in grid, icon or moodboard and that view sections itself by day, under collapsible dated headers, still in its own layout. Group By sits under Sort By, since one picks the sections and the other orders what is inside them, and it is remembered separately for each view.
Every view but the canvas works on a phone, and each one remembers its own sort, item size, and scroll position per folder.
Use “Clean up” to tidy the canvas into a bottom-up grid at any time.
